I kept seeing the same pattern across B2B PropTech SaaS companies at very different stages. The strategy was usually sound, the leadership team was capable, and there was no shortage of effort — but execution started to break down as the business grew. Priorities multiplied, decisions slowed down, and Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations began optimizing for their own goals instead of the performance of the business as a whole.
What was missing wasn't another strategy deck or a new set of initiatives. It was alignment around what mattered most, clear ownership, a way to measure progress, and the operating discipline to keep things moving when the inevitable problems showed up.
I saw firsthand what happens when those pieces come together. By getting the leadership team focused on a small number of measurable priorities and creating the accountability to execute them, we improved both growth and profitability.
That's why I chose to do this work as a fractional executive. Some companies don't need another full-time executive, and they don't need someone to come in, assess the situation, hand over recommendations, and leave. They need an experienced operator who can work alongside the CEO and leadership team, get into the issues, make decisions, create accountability, and stay close enough to the business to see things through. That's the role I play.

Working with me is direct, practical, and hands-on. I ask a lot of questions, get into the details quickly, and tell you what I see even when it isn't what you want to hear. I don't create work for the sake of creating work, and I don't disappear behind a framework or a deck. We'll focus on the issues that are actually affecting performance, decide what needs to change, and keep each other accountable for moving it forward.
A thought partner who will challenge you, and a senior operator who will roll up her sleeves when the work needs to get done.
Across PE-backed, founder-led, and publicly traded companies from $5M to $320M in revenue.
Delivered by aligning the organization around execution, not by chasing isolated initiatives.
Helped take a new product from concept to launch and build it into a category leader.
No pitch and no obligation, just a conversation about what's getting in the way and whether I can help.
